always wanted a house with a driveway full of cars
an agenda filled with places to go, and cool things to do
parties to attend at all the clubs and bars
but at the end of the night i just want someone to come home to

i'd like a sports car with at least 650 horsepower
and a membership to a racetrack would be neat
go there every weekend and tackle every corner
but on the drive home, i'd like someone on the passenger seat

i wish i had the latest gadgets and the coolest gear
electronics is my addiction, i'm am such a technophile
have a new cellphone and laptop every year
but then all i want is someone to call once in a while

when it comes to a woman, a lot of them comes to mind
classy and eloquent, someone real fine
intimidating but with a smile that can make you blind
but then again, all i need is someone to call mine

someone who's loyal, patient and cares
about my hopes and dreams someone who'll be there
i just need someone who will remain true
